1. The World is in Danger
It fills me with dread
Our planet is dying
The word we will spread
The stars in the night sky
Are fading away.
The by-laws are passing,
Our future is grey.
2. The battle is showing,
our climate mistakes,
for those we elected,
Are all just high stakes.
It’s time that we tell you
Our earth is bone-dry
The resources waning
The end is nigh
3. So hear us politicians
We ask thee to stay
If you do not listen,
Our whole world you’ll slay.
Think of the children
Or do you not care?
It’s time to go solar,
Or do you not dare?
